I refer to the Port Gregory Jetty and the recent ABC story on it from Sunday August 3, and I ask : (a) What repairs have taken place on the jetty over the past 14 years while the jetty hasn’t been used by boats; (b) Is there a current management plan for the Port Gregory Jetty; (c) If yes, when was it commenced, what KPIs are included in the plan, how are the KPIs measured, and when will it be reviewed; (d) Will the State Government look to action any further management orders; (e) Have you or your department met with local stakeholders; (f) How much money as been spent on the Port Gregory Jetty in past 5 years; and (g) What is the current status of the Port Gregory Jetty (i.e. commercial, recreational etc.)?

(a)-(g)  The Department of Transport and Major Infrastructure (DTMI) has been investigating and monitoring the sedimentation at Port Gregory, with all reports demonstrating that the accretion and shoreline movements show no sign of slowing.
DTMI continues to monitor the coastline and carries out repairs and maintenance of the jetty
