(3) Not at this time.
(4) The Environmental Protection Authority has advised the Minister for Environment that advice received in response to its requests for information forms part of its deliberative processes at this time. The Environmental Protection Authority has also advised the Minister for Environment that advice received will be referred to in its assessment report and released at that time.
