I thank the member for some notice
of the question. The following answer has been provided to me by the Minister
for Electoral Affairs.
(1) Nil.
Although, students within the Pilbara, Geraldton, Moore, Roe and Kimberley
electoral districts participated. Schools engage directly with the Electoral
Education Centre to arrange participation in programs, and no schools within
the North West Central district sought the Western Australian Electoral
Commission's services.
(2) Nil.
Although, students within Moore, Murray–Wellington, Roe, Central
Wheatbelt, Collie–Preston, Bunbury and Vasse electoral districts
participated. Schools engage directly with the Electoral Education Centre to
arrange participation in programs, and no schools within the North West Central
district sought the Western Australian Electoral Commission's services.
(3) It is 98 per cent.
(4) The Western Australian
Electoral Commission's software does not provide the location details
of persons accessing its online material.
The Western Australian Electoral Commission did, however, deliver a virtual online presentation to a class in Broome during 2021–22.
