(2) Can the Premier advise whether the DPC
ministerial support unit was involved in assisting Minister Collier and Blair
Stratton in dealing with the bullying claims made against the minister and his

I thank the honourable member for some notice of this question.
(1) In 2010, the Premier became aware of
working relationship issues between the office of the former Minister for
Training and Workforce Development and the Department of Training and Workforce
Development. The Premier has not been made aware of allegations of bullying
against the minister.
(2)–(4) The Department of the Premier
and Cabinet's ministerial support unit was aware of staffing issues
between Minister Collier's office and the Department of Training and
Workforce Development in 2010. However, the substantive matter was
appropriately dealt with by the Public Sector Commissioner.
