I refer to question without notice 952. (1) What are the levels and salaries of each of the persons referred to in the answer to that question? (2) Of those shown as being employed as public servants, what level and salary were they on before they took up the position of ministerial officer, and what were their positions? (3) Are any staff employed in the Department of the Premier and Cabinet paid in excess of $90 000 per annum? (4) If so - (a) who are they; (b) on what level and salary are they engaged; (c) what is their position and the work that they do; (d) on what type of contract are they employed; (e) when were they appointed to that position; and (f) what other benefits do they receive?
