I refer to your answers to Question on Notice 845, and ask: (a) has the Fair Work Ombudsman made findings that security guards, contractors and/or other staff at the Art Gallery of WA were underpaid their employee entitlements: (i) if yes to (a), how many individuals were underpaid; (ii) what was the employment status of those individuals; (iii) what was the total value of the entitlements which were underpaid; (iv) who was the employer of the underpaid staff; and (v) has the Fair Work Ombudsman concluded its investigation; and (b) do any of Business Risks International (WA) Pty Ltd, East West Guarding Pty Ltd and/or Macxsec WA Pty Ltd continue to provide services as a contractor or sub-contractor to the Art Gallery of WA and if yes, what services are provided?
