* The City of Melville Scheme was on hold until 6 August 2013 as the Department of Planning was waiting for additional information from the City. This included the preparation of a Local Commercial Strategy. It is anticipated that the Scheme will be determined within the first half of 2014.
Please note that Legislative Assembly Question On Notice 191, previously tabled on 11 June 2013 indicated that the date of lodgement for this scheme was 24 August 2012, which was a typographical error. The correct date of lodgement is 24 August 2011, as above.
* The Town of Victoria Park Scheme was on hold until April 2013 as the Department of Planning was waiting for the preparation of a revised commercial strategy by the Town. It is anticipated that the Scheme will be determined within the first half of 2014.
