(2) 96 staff transferred from Department of Environment and Conservation to the Office of Environmental Protection Authority. Please note that since 27 November 2009, when the Office of Environmental Protection Authority was created, seven staff have ceased employment, and five new staff have commenced with the OEPA.

(5) Nil. However there are a number of new and seconded staff, selected through a merit based process. This is highlighted in the tabled paper attached.
