Is the Premier aware that the minister became chairman of Koorian Olives on 3 March 1999, four months before the licence was issued, and that Cabinet was considering the legislation while negotiations for the licence were still continuing? Mr COURT

I am not aware of those details at all. As this is an olive farm project it is a bit of a greasy question. I will get more details for the member later.
