I refer to the Fines Enforcement Registry and for each of the financial years 2008–2009, 2009–2010, 2010–2011, 2011–2012, 2012–2013 and 2013–2014, and ask: (a) what was the total dollar value of fines on the Registry; (b) what was the total dollar value of ‘fines under active enforcement’; and (c) what was the total dollar value of fines for which offenders were incarcerated under a Warrant of Commitment in lieu of payment of those fines?
