This 5 part question required a considerable amount of time for the mental health services to supply an answer for.
(1)  The number of children and adolescents that were admitted to the South West Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service (CAMHS) Community service that were assessed is:
(a)  Financial Year 2008-09 = 154
(b)  Financial Year 2009-10 = 88
(c)  1 July 2010 to 11 October 2010 = 14
Note:
It is important to understand that the above figures do not include assessments for Triage events and referrals that were not admitted as answered in Legislative Council Question on Notice 2794. [Source: Oracle Mental Health Reporting Module as at 11 October 2010].

WA Country Health Service
Most of the WA Country Health Service (WACHS) regions employ psychologists, social workers and nurses in CAMHS generic positions.
The position of "Counsellor" does not exist in WACHS CAMHS.  All WACHS CAMHS generic and discipline specific positions have a counselling component within their roles.
The only region that has a dedicated Psychiatrist for CAMHS is WACHS - South West at 1 FTE.  WACHS - Wheatbelt has access to 0.1 FTE Psychiatrist via videoconferencing.  WACHS - Great Southern has access to a fly in psychiatrist three times a month.
