I refer to the Minister's answer to Question On Notice 6247 and ask for each of the funds allocated to the category of "Unsolicited Bids" for each of the financial years 2017/18, 2018/19 and 2019/20: (a) provide the name of the company or individual that received funding; (b) the amount of funding received; (c) name of the project being funded; (d) a description of the project; (e) reason for allocation of the funds; and (f) the outcome to the State from the expenditure?
