In generating electricity, the bidder utilises a number of engines in each site and has contingency plans in place for fuel supply, spare parts and operational capability. In submitting their proposals, all bidders were required to satisfy reliability and quality of supply specifications. Energy Equity Corporation/Woodside Energy Limited was able to satisfy those criteria.
