Mr Hondros's conduct will also be publicised in a Commission report to Parliament after his criminal trial. Mr Stokes's conduct was also made public in the Commission's " Report on the Investigation of Alleged Misconduct Concerning Rezoning of Land at Whitby " tabled in Parliament on 3 October 2008. While Mr Marlborough's alleged false testimony was not the subject of a Commission report to Parliament, those charges arose out of the Commission's Smith Beach investigation, and Mr Marlborough's role in that was addressed in the Commission's report to Parliament " Report on the Investigation into Alleged Public Sector Misconduct Linked to the Smiths Beach Development at Yallingup ", tabled on 5 October 2007. (5) The CCC did not issue a media release when charges were laid against Nicholas Schoeffer for operational reasons.
