I refer to the $86
million contract awarded by the Western Australian Electoral Commission to
PersolKelly to provide services to support the conduct of the 2025 and 2029
state elections.

Has a copy of that contract been provided to the Special Inquirer, the
Honourable Malcolm McCusker AC CVO QC, to assist the inquiry into the recent
election?

Can the minister table the contract and, if not, why not?
