(1)-(2) Western Power has done all that is required of it to enable Dr van der Mye to enter the matter for trial. When he does so is a matter for Dr van der Mye. I am advised that, if it is entered for trial shortly, that trial may occur later this year. It is Western Power’s case that the former CEO resigned voluntarily. There is no question of his having been made redundant. Any further comment is inappropriate given that the matter is presently pending before the Supreme Court of Western Australia.
