(a) Under the Metropolitan Operating Model, ROG will be located at:
(i) ROG - South - 125 Ennis Avenue, Rockingham;
(ii) ROG - Central - 'Curtin House' 60 Beaufort Street, Perth;
(iii) ROG - North - subject to site acquisition and a Project Definition Plan.
(b) Each ROG deployment centre will accommodate 75 personnel. At present, 12 vehicles are assigned to each response group.
Western Australia Police also have Police Prisoner Transport Vehicle capabilities in the north and south metropolitan area. The number of vehicles required under the new model is yet to be determined but will increase to accommodate the additional officers.
