I refer to the Environmental Protection Authority's (EPA) environmental impact assessment of proposals and schemes referred to it under Part IV of the Environmental Protection Act 1986 , and I ask: (a) of all the proposals and schemes formally assessed for the past five years, excluding active formal assessments, will the Minister/and or department table a document outlining the following, providing a year by year summary: (i) the proposal title; (ii) the proponent; (iii) level of assessment; (iv) approved or not approved; and (v) reason for approved or not approved status; (b) if no to (a), why not; (c) is the information asked in (a), accessible to the public on the EPAs website, similar to the 'Status of Active Formal Assessments' document; and (d) if no to (c), why not?
