I refer to the
federal decision to conditionally approve the extension of the North West Shelf
to 2070.
(1) Has the Premier seen or
been provided with a copy of the draft conditions prepared by the federal
environment minister?
(2) If yes to (1), will the Premier make the draft
conditions public?
(3) If no to (2), why not?
