(a) The Perth Region Natural Resource Management group held its last Annual General Meeting on Tuesday 13
th
December 2011.
(b) Yes - all members of the Association who were current at the time were formally notified of the holding of the meeting.
(c) Neither the Minister for Agriculture and Food nor the Department of Agriculture and Food were members of the Association at the time of the last Annual General Meeting and accordingly did not receive a formal notice of the meeting or an agenda for the meeting.  Minutes for the December 2011 AGM would not usually be made available until the following AGM.
