I refer to The Quarter development in Karratha, and ask as at 18 August 2016: (a) which government agencies are currently accommodated in The Quarter; (b) which government agencies not currently accommodated in The Quarter, will be at a future date, and if so when; (c) what is the breakdown of the 1,809 m2 of leased space per agency currently or intended to be accommodated in The Quarter; (d) what price per square metre will be paid for the lease; (e) how much in total has been paid for the lease as at 18 August 2016; and (f) for government agencies currently accommodated in The Quarter: (i) what was the location of the agency prior to the relocation to The Quarter; and (ii) is any leasing arrangement still in place at the previous accommodation and, if so: (A) what is the expiry date of the lease? (B) what is the weekly or fortnightly rent? (C) what amount has been paid since the agency relocated to The Quarter?

(b) The following agencies are anticipated to be accommodated in The Quarter in November 2016:
Department of Agriculture and Food Western Australia;
Department of Commerce;
Department of Education;
Department of Finance;
Department of Mines and Petroleum;
Department of Planning;
Department of Transport;
Department of Water;
Housing Authority;
LandCorp; and
Pilbara Development Commission.
