FLORENCE HUMMERSTON BUILDING
820. Ms M.M. QUIRK to the
Minister for Planning:
I have a supplementary question. What was the initial offer
that was refused and how long does the minister expect negotiations to
continue?

AnswerView source ↗

Even if I knew what the initial offer was, it would not be
appropriate to provide that information.
Ms M.M. Quirk : Why
not?
Mr J.H.D. DAY : The
member is an experienced lawyer so she should understand why not. Negotiations
will be concluded as soon as reasonably possible subject to the provisions of
Western Australian law.
