Can the Minister outline each private or not-for-profit organisation that receives State Government funding from the Department of Community Services for service delivery, including: (a) the current status of funding; (b) the expiry date and funding term; (c) application process for this funding; (d) any current or planned review of the funding / grant process; (e) status of any current reviews being undertaken; and (f) whether there has been any funding reduction or discontinuation of any of the contracts since March 2017, and if so, which contracts?

(a) – (f) This answer covers multiple Ministers’ portfolios, including Seniors and Ageing, Volunteering, Housing, Veterans Issues, Youth, as well as my Child Protection, Women’s Interests, Prevention of Family and Domestic Violence, and Community Services portfolios.
The Department of Communities has over 1,100 funding agreements with not for profit and for profit organisations.
This detailed information would require considerable time, which would divert staff away from their normal duties and it is not considered to be a reasonable or appropriate use of government resources to provide this information.

State Supply Commission Policies, the Delivering Community Services in Partnership Policy and Department of Finance guidelines, procedures and templates provide the overarching framework for the procurement, management, and evaluation of funding agreements with not for profit organisations.
