(2) Singles, family, mobility and seniors accommodation with some units being purpose built to cater for people with disabilities. (3) Throughout the State depending on availability of land and demand from the waiting lists and requests from key government and non-government stakeholder agencies such as Disability Services Commission, Office of Mental Health and Department for Community Development, as well as Housing Associations and Community agencies. (4) Those on the Department of Housing and Works waiting list, special need clients including people with disabilities, Aboriginals, aged, singles and families. (5)$600 million. (6) 2,261. (7) Properties constructed prior to 1974 or properties that are viewed by the Department of Housing and Works as requiring upgrading to meet safety and structural soundness requirements.
