I refer to the number of complaints received by the Department of Local Government, and I ask: (a) for each of the years 2011, 2012 and 2013, how many complaints were received by the Department of Local Government against: (i) the City of Bunbury Chief Executive Officer; (ii) a City of Bunbury Councillor; (iii) the City of Bunbury Council; (iv) what action was taken in relation to each of the complaints; (v) what was the outcome of any inquiries and/or were prosecutions the result of these complaints; and (vi) how many of these complaints are yet to be determined/finalised; and (b) for each of the years 2011, 2012 and 2013, how many complaints were received by the Minister for Local Government against: (i) the City of Bunbury Chief Executive Officer; (ii) a City of Bunbury Councillor; (iii) the City of Bunbury Council; (iv) what action was taken in relation to each of the complaints; (v) what was the outcome of any inquiries and/or were prosecutions the result of these complaints; and (vi) how many of these complaints are yet to be determined/finalised?
