the plan to run the program through the public service or is there a plan to outsource

been provided by the Minister Assisting the Minister for Transport.
(1)–(3) The Department of Transport and
Major Infrastructure (DTMI) is participating in a national project led by
Austroads, which an association of Australian and New Zealand road transport agencies.
DTMI will develop costings for consideration by government, informed by
participation in this national project.
