I refer to the Minister's answer in Budget Estimates explaining that the cost escalation for the Albany Ring Road from $225 million to $240 million is due to "Higher than expected environmental offset costs" and "market cost increases to the Western Australian civil engineer and design service sector", and I ask: (a) can the Minister please provide a numerical figure for the higher than expected increase in environmental offset costs in relation to the year to year change from $225 million to $240 million; and (b) can the Minister please provide a numerical figure for the market cost increases to the civil engineer and design service sector in relation to the year to year change from $225 million to $240 million?
