MINISTER FOR ENVIRONMENT — DECISION-MAKING POWERS
Some notice has been given of this question albeit there is a small administrative error—the number “180” should be replaced by “179”. I refer to the minister’s answer to question without notice 179 yesterday regarding decision-making powers under the Environmental Protection Authority Act. (1) Which project proponents or their representatives have requested a meeting with Hon Donna Faragher since she became minister and been refused an appointment with her? (2) Which project proponents or their representatives have met with the minister? Hon DONNA FARAGHER

I thank the member for some notice of this question. (1)-(2) It is not possible to obtain the required information in the time required; therefore I ask the honourable member to place this question on notice.
