refer to letters and emails received by licensed firearm owners over the last
week that their applications for additional firearms would be rejected
according to clause 30 of the Firearms Bill 2024, which is yet to pass this
house.
(1) Did the Minister for Police
declare pre-enactment powers?
(2) If so, when and where?
(3) Under what
authority has the Western Australia Police Force acted to enforce legislation
that has not passed Parliament?
