(1)       Nil.
(2)       No specific marine facilities form part of Stage 2, however Stage 2 includes works to Jetty Road which are essential to facilitate and service boat pens delivered in Stage 3. These works include repairs to the revetment to allow construction of the pens, water, power and sewerages connections, road resurfacing, amenities and formalisation of parking.
