I refer to questions on notice numbers 653 of April 9 2003 and 327 of November 27 2002 and the answers provided -
(1) Does the departmental advice in relation to all the questions asked for number 653 provided to the Minister differ from the answers that have been provided to the Parliament on all of these matters?
(2) If yes to (1), can the Minister quote the specific text of the departmental advice provided to the Minister different from the answer provided by the Minister in the Parliament?
(3) If no to (1), why?
(4) Does the departmental advice in relation to all the questions asked for number 327 provided to the Minister differ from the answers that have been provided to the Parliament on all of these matters?
(5) If yes to (4), can the Minister quote the specific text of the departmental advice provided to the Minister different from the answer provided by the Minister in the Parliament?
