ROYAL COMMISSION INTO NATIONAL NATURAL DISASTER
ARRANGEMENTS
1040. Hon MARTIN ALDRIDGE to the Leader of the House
representing the Minister for Emergency Services:
I
refer to the Royal Commission into National Natural Disaster Arrangements: Report presented to the Governor-General on 28 October 2020.
(1) Has the state government
provided a response to the recommendations outlined in the report?
(2) If yes to (1), please table the
response.
(3) If no to (1), has the state government been
invited to provide a response; and, if so, does the state government intend to provide a response?
(4) Noting that it has been more than 12 months since
the report was published and that four other states and territories have
already formally replied, by what date will a response be made by the WA state
government?
