I refer to a newspaper article titled ‘Row Splits toxic plant committee’ which appeared on page 13 in the
Sunday Times
newspaper dated June 15 2003 -
(1) Is it correct that Dr Judy Edwards advised the
Sunday Times
that ‘nobody had been kicked of the BCRG and she was still considering membership’?
(2) If no to (1), what specifically did Dr Judy Edwards advise the

(3) Is it correct that the group requested copies of certain documents to assist with their investigation and consultation which took over 5 months before they were presented and delivered to the committee?
(4) If no to (3), what specifically is correct in relation to this matter and how long did it take in months before all the documents were delivered to the committee?
(5) Can the Minister state the specific date in which all the documents requested by the committee were first requested?

After negotiation with several members of the group to clarify the detail of their request documents were collected and collated, then provided to Mr Ron Jones who represented the group. (4) Not applicable (5) During the life of the BCRG there were a number of requests for a wide range of information to the Ministerial office and the departments.
