I refer to a newspaper article titled ‘Row Splits toxic plant committee’ which appeared on page 13 in the
Sunday Times
newspaper dated June 15 2003 -
(1) Is it correct that Dr Judy Edwards advised the
Sunday Times
that ‘nobody had been kicked of the BCRG and she was still considering membership’?
(2) If no to (1), what specifically did Dr Judy Edwards advise the
Sunday Times
newspaper?
(3) Is it correct that the group requested copies of certain documents to assist with their investigation and consultation which took over 5 months before they were presented and delivered to the committee?
(4) If no to (3), what specifically is correct in relation to this matter and how long did it take in months before all the documents were delivered to the committee?
(5) Can the Minister state the specific date in which all the documents requested by the committee were first requested?
(6) If no to (5), why not?
(7) Is it correct that Mr Paddy Cullen’s request or form confirming his desire to rejoin the group was deemed invalid by the Ministers Chief of Staff Peter Quinn because of lines that had been put through a condition expressing willingness to work collaboratively with all stakeholders?
(8) If no to (7), who specifically rejected or deemed invalid Mr Paddy Cullen’s form confirming his desire to rejoin the group?
(9) Can the Minister state who specifically put the lines through the condition expressing a willingness to work collaboratively with all stakeholders on Mr Paddy Cullen’s form?
(10) If no to (9), why not?
(11) If yes to (9), specifically who was it?
(12) Can the Minister give the specific reasons why it took over 5 months before all the documents requested by the committee were eventually provided to the committee?
(13) If no to (12), why not?
