2. The community forum was not a campaign. It was specifically for former patients of Woodside Hospital and future maternity patients of Kaleeya Hospital and designed to gather information. It was organised by South Metropolitan Area Health Service in association with the Health Consumers Council of WA. It was facilitated by the Health Consumers Council. 3. South Metropolitan Area Health Service hosted the forum and paid for the advertisements. 4. There were no brochures at the seminar. There was a modest handout printed in-house. 5.
