I refer to the point of consumption tax, which was introduced into Western
Australia on 1 January 2019, and ask: (a) Can the Minister please advise: (i) The amount of money wagered with the WA TAB on thoroughbred, harness and greyhound racing during the calendar year 2019; and (ii) The amount of money wagered with the WA TAB on thoroughbred, harness and greyhound racing in the calendar year 2018; and (b) If the answer to (a) is that records of these amounts are only calculated and recorded in financial years, can the Minister please provide: (i) The amount of money wagered with the WA TAB on thoroughbred, harness and greyhound racing from 30 June 2019 until 31 December 2019; and (ii) The amount of money wagered with the WA TAB on thoroughbred, harness and greyhound racing from 30 June 2018 until 31 December 2018?
