I refer to the issue of Hemp Resources Limited's repeated requests for an investigation into the alleged illegal importation of genetic material and theft of intellectual property, and I ask, can the Minister inform the House the exact process the Hemp Registrar, Mark Holland, followed to establish the bona fides or otherwise of Donald Khoo at the time of the first complaint by Hemp Resources Limited in October 2008?
