The Department of Housing advises:

292 days - property use was determined, then recommended for sale in January 2013.
Property went on the market in April 2013 following usual processes of obtaining
valuation, necessary approvals and appointment of agent.
Property was auctioned in
May 2013 however was passed in and then listed with a sales agent to sell by private
treaty.
19 days as property is awaiting valuation and necessary approvals to sell.
