I thank the member for some notice of this question. (1) No, the document is still in draft form and subject to the consideration of the State Records Office. (2)-(3) The approval of the retention and disposal schedule is a matter for the State Records Commission. The records of the Gordon inquiry are maintained in accordance with the record-keeping plan, and documents neither have been, nor will be, disposed of or released until that plan and the retention and disposal schedule are fully approved by the State Records Commission.
