(e) will any additional employees be allocated to the Ministerial office in which the Office of Native Title now resides;
(f) has associated legislation been transferred to the new Minister;
(g) how many decisions has the Treasurer made in his capacity as the Minister responsible for the Office of Native Title; and
(h) how many decisions has the Premier made in his new capacity as the Minister responsible for the Office of Native Title?

Department of the Premier and Cabinet advises as at 5 March 2009:
(a) Ministerial responsibility for the Office of Native Title was allocated to the  Treasurer on 23 September 2008 with the swearing-in of the Liberal-National Government.
(b-c) The Office of Native Title is established as a sub-department within the Department of the Treasury and Finance, in accordance with s56(2) of the
Financial Management Act
. On 20 February 2009 it was agreed that the Office of Native Title transfer to the ministerial responsibility of the Attorney General within the Department of the Attorney General.
(d) As at 11 December 2008 ministerial responsibility for the Office of Native Title was with the Treasurer.
(e-f) Staffing implications and other arrangements associated with the transfer of
ministerial responsibility for native title are being finalised.
(g) Questions relating to Ministerial decision-making should be directed to the
relevant Minister.
(h) Not applicable.
