works are expected to be commenced in March 2017. The request for tender for
the demolition of the buildings will be released to market on 5 September 2016.
(2) It is 49 Smith Street, Highgate.
This complex is known as Stirling Towers.
(3) The Housing
Authority intends to redevelop the site into a high-quality and contemporary
development that integrates with the local community incorporating social
housing, shared equity and affordable housing.
