496. Hon DARREN WEST to the minister representing the
Minister for Housing:
I refer to South Hedland's
Osprey Village.
(1) What is the occupancy of the village as at 12 May 2016?
(2) What is the total amount in
management and other fees paid to Fleetwood since 16 February 2016?
(3) Not including
payments to Fleetwood, what is the total amount expended by the Housing
Authority on all Osprey Village costs since 1 August 2015?
(4) What is the total amount in rent
received since 1 August 2015?

I thank the member for some notice
of the question. On behalf of the Minister for Housing, I provide the following
response.
(1) Of the 295 units, 132 units are
occupied, which is 45 per cent.
(2) From 1 February
2016 to 30 April 2016, $335 780.97 has been paid to Fleetwood for management
and operating costs.
(3) From 1 August
2015 to 30 April 2016, $2 165 738.28, comprising $2 150 756.46 in interest and
$14 981.82 in asset purchases.
(4) From 1 August 2015 to 30 April
2016, $2 866 361.73.
