(1) Can the Minister explain specifically whom he is referring to when he is quoted as saying ‘all it got in return was whinge, whinge and whinge’?
(2) If no to (1), why not?
(3) Does the Minister consider myself or any of the appellants as whingers in this whole process?
(4) If yes to (3), can the Minister explain the reasons and justification as to why he holds those views given that he has, by implication, publicly maligned/discredited persons expressing serious legitimate concerns with the review process?
(5) If no to (3), will the Minister issue a press release clearly stating that the appellants are not whingers and do not deserve to be maligned/discredited by any person?
(6) Can the Minister state who specifically has been whingeing given he has made a public statement to the wider public stating in part ‘all it got in return was whinge, whinge and whinge’?
(7) If no (6), why not?
(8) Does any member of the public who has interests affected by the terms of reference for the review have a right to express serious legitimate concerns about the review process being conducted by your office?
(9) If no to (8), why not?
(10) If yes to (8), why then have you as the Minister attempted to discredit persons as whingers expressing concern about the review process being conducted by your office?
