I refer to the Audit Report into Medical Practitioner Credentialing and Defining Scope of Clinical Practice and ask: (a) has the Scope of Clinical Practice Data system started operating in the South Metro Area Health Service yet, and if not, why not; (b) when will the data system be rolled out to the other metropolitan area health services and WA Country Health Service (WACHS); (c) the Report was unable to sight terms of reference for the Osborne Park Hospital and Swan Kalamunda Health Service Credentialing Committees, have both of these now amended its terms of reference and provided copies to the Western Australian Health Department; (d) I refer to the 18 instances of medical professionals awarded a defined scope of practice before their employment commencement and ask for a copy of the outcomes of WACHS investigation; and (e) I refer to the inability of WACHS to sight evidence to verify the credentials and scope of practice status of four practitioners in WACHS and ask if this has now been rectified?
