notice 1255 answered on 28 November 2018 and the recent passing in Victoria of
the Professional Engineers Registration Bill 2019.
(1) Has a set of consistent
national registration requirements now been established?
(2) When does the minister
anticipate that a similar bill might be tabled in Western Australia?

government is currently considering a series of reforms to the legislative
framework for the building and construction industry. Registration of engineers
who work in the building industry is being considered as part of these reforms.
