(2) The PTA does not hold copies of Newcol correspondence, as these are communications between Newcol and its agents. (3) The cost per outlet varies according to the configuration of each outlet but typically will be between $5000-8000. There are no financial obligations to the outlet relating to the equipment as the equipment remains the property of the PTA. (4) The commission payable to the outlets is 5% inclusive of GST. The commission is payable on the card fee and the card reload value. There is also a concession form processing fee of $1.50 inclusive of GST per processed form.
