BUSSELTON HOSPITAL — ENVIRONMENT REPORT
I refer to the proposed new Busselton hospital and the report titled, “Significant Fauna and Flora Values—Busselton Hospital Redevelopment Site”, undertaken by consultants Coffey Environments dated 18 August 2009, and noting the disclaimer on page 18 of the report, I ask — (1) Will the minister table a copy of the agreement between Coffey Environments and clients, being the Department of Treasury and Finance and Department of Health? (2) If no to (1), why not? Hon SIMON O’BRIEN

I thank the honourable member for some notice of the question. (1) Yes; I table a copy of the agreement. However, a segment from the letter of acceptance and pages 5 and 6 from the proposed scope of works has been removed because the information is of a commercially sensitive nature and it would not be appropriate to release it in the public domain. (2) Not applicable. [See paper 1206.]
