(2) If so, in what manner has the Minister so indicated and to the extent that is in writing, will you table that document, and to the extent that it was verbal will you give the House your understanding?
(3) If the Minister has not indicated to your responsibilities, how do you know what you are authorised to do?
(4) In either event, what duties do you actually carry out?

(1-4) The Minister for State Development; Tourism; Small Business has requested me to carry out a range of duties appropriate to the role and terms of appointment of a Parliamentary Secretary, and in particular has asked me to take a special interest in tourism. I am in regular communication with the Minister for State Development; Tourism: Small Business on the specific duties he wishes me to undertake.
