I refer the Premier to the contracts for provision of electorate information systems. (1) Does the government have documents from each of the two companies providing this service, Magenta Linas Software and Consultech Engineering Services, declaring the source of their data and permission to use the data in such a manner and on a commercial basis? (2) If so, will the Premier table those documents; and, if not, why not? Hon KIM CHANCE
