I understand that pursuant to the Shire of Carnarvon's Town Planning Scheme No. 11, the Western Australian Planning Commission has received a Structure Plan for the proposal which will be forwarded to the Minister's office in due course for a final decision. (2) (3) Not Applicable (4). No. The project is currently subject to environmental assessment and in this regard the Member may wish to direct questions to the Hon Minister for the Environment and Heritage.
