244. Hon ROBIN CHAPPLE to the
minister representing the Minister for Mines and Petroleum:
I refer to the Reform and Development at Resources Safety
strategy—RADARS—established by the Department of Mines and
Petroleum in 2010.
(1) How many resources safety inspector positions are there
in the department?
(2) How many of these are vacant?
(3) How many
resources safety inspectors have left the department since the establishment of
RADARS?
(4) How many of that number —
(a) have retired;
(b) have resigned; and
(c) have left under any other
circumstances; and, if so, what circumstances?
(5) How many resources safety inspectors are currently on —
(a) maternity leave;
(b) long service leave; and
(c) extended
leave in excess of four weeks' duration or any other kind; and, if so,
what kind?
